Job Title: Senior Fullstack WordPress Developer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack WordPress Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in PHP and a proven track record of building custom WordPress plugins and themes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, particularly in creating pixel-perfect replicas of designs from Figma.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop Custom WordPress Plugins and Themes: Utilize your deep knowledge of PHP and WordPress to create custom plugins and themes that significantly enhance the functionality, performance, and user experience of our websites. Your experience should include: - Advanced Features Development: Implement complex functionalities such as custom post types, taxonomies, user roles, and capabilities. - Third-Party Integrations: Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between WordPress and other services or platforms. - Performance Optimization: Write efficient code and use best practices to ensure high performance and scalability of the plugins and themes. - Security Best Practices: Implement and adhere to security best practices to protect the websites from vulnerabilities and attacks.- Gutenberg Blocks Development: Build and customize sites using Gutenberg, with a preference for experience in using Genesis Framework or similar tools. Your work should enhance the Gutenberg editor experience by creating reusable and customizable blocks.- Pixel-Perfect Design Implementation: Convert Figma designs into exact, pixel-perfect WordPress sites, ensuring all visual elements are faithfully replicated. Pay close attention to detail and ensure the final product matches the design specifications perfectly.- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues and bugs across our WordPress sites to ensure a smooth user experience. Provide quick and effective solutions to any problems that arise.- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our design and project management teams to deliver projects on time and to specification. Communicate effectively to ensure all project requirements are understood and met.

Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fullstack WordPress development.- Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in PHP. - Extensive experience with WordPress, including custom plugin and theme development. - Strong understanding of Gutenberg and Genesis Framework or similar tools. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.- Design Skills: Ability to create pixel-perfect replicas of Figma designs.- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
