ETL Developer (18815)

One of our clients is a large healthcare organization all throughout Connecticut. They pride themselves on providing accessible, affordable, and equitable healthcare solutions. They are looking for an ETL Developer who will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of data from various EHR sources into a centralized data warehouse. This is a fully remote position.

ETL Developer’s Responsibilities and DutiesDesign, implement and maintain efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load EHR Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define data integration and transformation rules.Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions.Develop and implement data reconciliation and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

ETL Developer’s Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience as an ETL Developer or similar role.Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).Solid understanding of data integration and transformation principles.
