Description:

The client is seeking an experienced Python developer with proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Django, and related technologies to undertake the migration of our existing software application from a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Python) environment to a containerized environment using Docker.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance within the new architecture.The Python developer's primary objective of this project is to migrate our software application from the current LAMP environment to a Docker containers environment, utilizing modern technologies such as Kubernetes for orchestration. This migration aims to improve scalability, maintainability, and deployment efficiency. Additionally, integrating Django as the backend framework will enhance the application's flexibility and performance.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python development and Django framework.Strong experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.Familiarity with LAMP architecture and migration concepts.Optional experience with Prometheus and Loki for monitoring and logging.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Comprehensive knowledge of MySQL.Security: Experience with LDAP integration, Authentication methods using Django Framework utilizing OAuth 2.0, DUO, LDAP, etc.Previous experience with Kanban and Agile Scrum methodology a plus.Considerable skill in defining and aligning team members to the common mission.Excellent communication and technical skills.Able to work both independently and as a contributing member of a technical team.Able to effectively interact with the organization to derive requirements and design solutions.Able to disseminate knowledge to current staff.

100% RemoteWork will be performed remotely, and team communication will be done through Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
