Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketo integrationCreate and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other applicationsMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
Candidate is a senior Salesforce Dev experienced in working with Sales Cloud objectsStrong knowledge / skills in APEX, Flows, IntegrationsGood communication skillsExperience / knowledge of Salesforce admin tools (e.g. Flows, Lighting Pages etc.)Familiar with Copado (for DevOps process) is a plusReadiness to work PST US hoursKnowledge / awareness of marketing processes (not necessarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Outreach, ZoomInfo & D&B experience is a plus
Nice to have
Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud or Sales CloudExperience with other marketing automation platformsKnowledge of A/B testing methodologies and analytics toolsFamiliarity with data analytics and reporting toolsExperience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
