Front-End Core Developer Founder for Decentralized Exchange (DEX)

Company Description:We are a dynamic crypto startup emerging from a Hackathon hosted by a leading DeFi protocol. Our project is fully decentralized, driven by the ethos of innovation and transparency in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector. Funded by two prominent DeFi protocols, our mission is to develop a decentralized exchange (DEX) that facilitates secure, transparent transactions and enhances user engagement across the crypto community.

Job Summary:As a Front-End Core Developer Founder, you will play a crucial role in our founding team, primarily focusing on the front-end architecture and user interface of our DEX. This position requires a passion for blockchain technology and a visionary mindset to deliver a user-friendly and responsive platform.

Responsibilities:Lead the front-end development of our DEX, ensuring a top-tier user experience aligned with our core values and mission.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft a visually appealing and functional interface.Implement responsive design to accommodate various devices and screen sizes.Coordinate with back-end developers to ensure smooth, secure integrations.Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in blockchain, DeFi, and front-end development.Establish and guide the startup’s technological vision and strategy.Promote a culture of high performance, innovation, and user-centered design.

Qualifications:Extensive experience as a front-end developer, with a robust portfolio in web development or related fields.Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.Prior experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and preferably in DEX or related projects.Deep knowledge of web performance optimization and front-end standards.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Leadership experience with capabilities in team building and mentoring.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
