Senior Android Developer

Looking for a Senior Android Developer with experience to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position where strong communication skills are required. You will be joining our Developers team to help with new projects in the US, Canada and Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must Haves:A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar subject is preferred.6 + years of experience as a Mobile or Full Stack Developer.Extensive Android OS development and building experience.Previous and demonstrable experience leading a similar project similar by modding with Android OS.Previous and demonstrable experience working DIRECTLY with the Android OS (not with Kotlin or Android SDK, that experience is great but we mean installing the OS in a device).Having worked before with Custom Modules and Drivers through Open Source while allowing the Google Play Store to work.FLUENT English conversational skillsPossesses a problem-solving attitude. Creative, self-motivated, a quick study, and willing to develop new skills Capability to prioritize tasksCapability for teamwork but also independentlyProactivity to meet goals and overcome themStrong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skillsFlexible, team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and passionateCultivate the sharing of good practices and collaboration.Be proactive in the technological and functional evolution of the solution.Enjoys working in a team.Ability to listen, analyze and adapt to various issues.Customer oriented.Priority management.

ResponsibilitiesYou'll be doing hardware work by working with the installation of the OS and the development of the system afterwards You will work on a complete custom version You will work on Android's whole OSIt's probable that the project would need some custom driversYou will be doing OS building It's not a custom version where you'll try to do something with screens since it's not a 3D phone type You will be leading the project and building Scripts alongside Pipelines.You will successfully install the OS on custom devicesYou will need to strip down the OS and work with the Open Source code to customize it AVOIDING eliminating the possibility of working with Google Play Store and Google Services.
