Industry leading contractor headquartered in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior .Net Developer.
Qualified candidate will have the following responsibilities;
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using the .NET framework.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to software development best practices.Conduct code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in .NET development.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.Create new and extend existing operational documentation.Improve and document development lifecycle processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field preferred.Proven experience of at least 7 years as a .NET Developer, with a focus on C# and .NET framework.Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and other related technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Entity Framework and LINQ.Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server (SQL server experience is preferred).Programming in Microsoft SQL Server using: T-SQL, Entity Framework. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and frameworks like Blazor.Experience with any industry workflow product.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Blazor framework.Experience with Azure cloud platform.Experience with data driven user interfaces.
Must meet eligible requirements for security clearance (US citizenship is a requirement)
