What you'll be doing
In this role you'll be responsible for frontend development, primarily using React.js but will be exposed to more technologies as you progress.
You will join a cross functional team working in an agile environment to create and maintain digital products across web and mobile. Projects will be a mix of rapid proof of concepts and large scale production applications, which you will need to develop in line with agreed specifications and designs. You’ll work with existing codebases and on new projects.
Skills
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript Proficiency in React and ReduxProficient with version control systems, preferably GitExpertise in HTML, CSS, and modern web packaging technologies to create responsive and efficient user interfacesSolid communication skills for effective team collaboration and project managementA passion for technology and innovation
React Native experience would be attractive but is not essential.

Application process
Stage 1: InterestApply via this LinkedIn ad. After a few days we will close the ad, review applications and create a shortlist.
Stage 2: First Stage InterviewWe will invite shortlisted candidates to a first stage video interview, in which we can find out a little more about each other.
Stage 3: ChallengeSelected candidates will be sent a coding challenge to complete in their own time. The challenge will be indicative of the type of work you would do in this role at Radical. Once you have completed the challenge you will be required to share it with us.
Stage 4: Final Stage InterviewVia another video interview we will ask you to talk through your response to the coding challenge and answer our questions about your approach.
Once final interviews are complete we will be ready to submit a formal offer to the selected candidate.
