AWS Developer

Our client is seeking an AWS Data Developer with Glue and Athena experience to help build out queries in their data lake environment to serve through Athena. Candidates must have experience with AWS Glue jobs and building curated dataset within those jobs using PySpark. Qualified candidates will also have A+ SQL skills, performance-tuning, etc.

This role is a 6-12 month contract with extension possible.

100% Remote within the United States.

Open to US Citizen, Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder ONLY.

W2 or C2C okay but only for USC, Perm Resident or GC holder.

QualificationsExperience with advanced skills and knowledge in Data DevelopmentExperience with AWS including AWS Glue and Athena is a MUSTExperience building curated dataset within AWS Glue jobsExperience with SQL and databases such as MS SQL Server or PostgresExperience working with very large data warehouses or data lakes.Excellent communication both verbal and written required
