Your ImpactThere is no shortage of use cases across governments, private sector industries, and non-governmental/non-profit organizations facing daily language barriers in real-time communications. Your work will directly contribute to developing and releasing seamless multi-language experiences, driving our mission to eliminate language barriers forward.

Day-To-Day • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure your project(s) meets business objectives and compliance standards • Develop and support test and deployment of new products and features • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to our coding standards and best practices • Follow new and emerging technologies to continuously enhance development processes • Engage in work alongside the company’s software engineers to gain real-world experience through end-to-end product development

Qualifications• Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on Applied Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science. • Demonstrated experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, C++, etc.), showcasing the ability to develop and understand complex code. • A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including but not limited to encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism. The ability to apply these concepts in real-world applications. • A thorough grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, such as algorithm design and analysis, data structures, databases, and software engineering practices. This should also include an ability to tackle problems efficiently and an understanding of complexity analysis. • Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze and dissect problems effectively. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative to learn new technologies and concepts. • Proficient in understanding, reading, and writing comprehensive technical documentation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively. This includes communicating technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to team activities and working relationships. The candidate should be open to constructively giving and receiving feedback.
