Job Role: Frontend DeveloperJob Type: Full time Location: Remote (Hybrid)Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Experience: 2 - 4 yearsCommunication skills: Excellent Key Responsibilities:· Design and architect the frontend, leading the development of scalable and maintainable solutions.· Craft high-quality web applications using React.js and JavaScript, leveraging essential libraries like Redux Toolkit and React-Redux.· Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, guiding them to transform UI/UX wireframes into elegant, reusable components.· Create visually appealing, responsive interfaces with Material UI and other styling libraries.· Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into user-friendly features.· Play an integral role in shaping the frontend architecture, overseeing DevOps workflows, and thriving in our dynamic startup culture.· Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including handling client meetings and demos to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:· A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).· A minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.· Expertise in DevOps tools (Git, Jira, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker).· Exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong team player, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.· Previous startup experience is a valuable asset.
