JavaScript Developer (Typescript/React.js/Next.js)

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer with expertise in Typescript, React.js, Node.js and Next.js, along with hands-on experience in Commercetools and Contentful. As a JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications, focusing on delivering high-quality user interfaces and seamless user experiences.Responsibilities:Develop robust and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Integrate external APIs and services, with a focus on Commercetools and Contentful.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Implement responsive web designs and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure smooth functionality.Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.Contribute to architectural and design discussions to drive innovation and efficiency.Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer with expertise in React.js and Next.js.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.Experience working with Commercetools and Contentful, or similar headless CMS and eCommerce platforms.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with server-side rendering and serverless architectures.Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Understanding of design principles and user experience considerations.Previous experience in eCommerce or retail industries is a plus.
