Shopify Developer (WFH)

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional e-commerce experiences. As a Shopify Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Shopify websites, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, functionality, and performance. Location:Remote (India)

Timings:Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm IST.

Compensation:4.5-7.2 LPA (based on experience)2-4k INR Incentive per project*

Billing:1st of every month

Joining period:Within 2 weeks

Responsibilities - Create and enhance Shopify websites, ensuring seamless user experiences. - Customize existing themes and develop bespoke solutions as needed. - Migrate websites from other e-commerce platforms to Shopify. - Utilize storefront APIs, liquid programming, and meta fields to enhance Shopify functionalities. - Integrate third-party and platform-supported apps into Shopify sites. - Set up payment integration, shipping methods, and taxes within the Shopify platform. - Optimize page speed for Shopify sites. - Implement SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices. - Transform complex layout PSDs or Figma designs into pixel-perfect templates/sections/pages. - Create responsive website designs.

Technical Skills: - Work with version control systems (e.g., GIT/SVN). - Collaborate with UX/UI design teams. - Debug and troubleshoot websites to improve performance. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Meet tight deadlines. - Thoroughly QA work before submission.

Technical Expertise: - Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform. - Expertise in Shopify theme development and customization. - Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language. - Familiarity with Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections, etc.). - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ECMA Script 5/6). - Knowledge of SCSS (preferred). - Experience with JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery). - Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. - Familiarity with responsive web design techniques. - Knowledge of W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guidelines.

Soft Skills: - Ability to multitask across multiple projects. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Positive attitude and quick learner. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Adaptability in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Shopify website development. - Shopify plus store development (optional, but is a plus).

Work Environment: - Reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and power.
