Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer. The Back End Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with back-end web development and software development. This includes utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and collaborating with mobile/front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain back-end components using Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.Design and implement REST APIs and ensure their security.Write and maintain unit tests for APIs using pytest.Manage and optimize MongoDB databases.Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment.Integrate with CDN services for improved performance.Implement design patterns for scalable and maintainable code.Handle WebSocket and HTTP requests for real-time communication.

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in back-end development.Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.Strong understanding of OOP principles.Experience with Docker and MongoDB.Knowledge of REST API design and security.Familiarity with design patterns and their application in software development.Experience with WebSocket and HTTP requests.Knowledge of API security and rate limiting techniques.

Preferred SkillsExperience with CDN services.Knowledge of additional API security best practices.Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks.
