SharePoint Developer - Remote Job, 1+ Year Experience

Annual Income: $62K - $77K

In this exciting role, you'll be a key player in our mission to modernize government operations. You'll leverage your SharePoint expertise to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

What you'll do:

Develop cutting-edge SharePoint solutions: Utilize out-of-the-box features and the SharePoint Framework to build impactful applications. Bridge the data gap: Create RESTful services to seamlessly integrate disparate systems and external data sources. Think outside the box: Contribute to service design and development using JavaScript, jQuery, and C# with REST API endpoints. Champion user experience: Develop new features, influence team decisions, and customize the look and feel of SharePoint to enhance user experience.

To be successful, you'll need:

In-depth understanding of SharePoint/O365 functionalities and capabilities. Proven experience with SharePoint customization: branding, navigation, search, site collections, security, content types, workflows, scripts, and administration. Strong programming skills in C#, HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS. 1+ year of experience extending SharePoint features using SPFx/JavaScript. Familiarity with Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.

Bonus points if you have:

Knowledge of accessibility compliance (Section 508). Experience with PowerShell scripting. Experience using a source control system with automated pipelines (Git preferred). Familiarity with workflow and automation tools (Nintex, Power Automate). Understanding of basic Power Platform concepts and Git version control. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
