Front-End Developer [React]

Stealth startup looking for a seasoned Front-End developer, with proficiency in React, available to start full-time ASAP.

CompanyDugree is a stealth startup working on AI and its intersection with Israel/Palestine, and other politically polarizing areas of discourse. Our goal is to help people to communicate better when they exist in different political realities, and we're using AI to help us do just that.

RoleThis position will be responsible for building out many of the features of our application.

You will be responsible for:Helping to craft relevant tickets from high-level conversations with product leadersHelping to convert UI design into technical requirementsBuilding testable code as per requirements

If you are located in New York City, please join us at our Manhattan office. This role can also be remote.

OrganizationYou will be working in a small team with alongside the founders.

QualificationsThere are no pre-set qualifications, but preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate proficiency, rigor, and attention to detail with respect to React projects.

ExpectationsImmediate start date for 40 hours per week commitment.

Salary and benefitsThis position pays $1,000 per month in the first 4 months, with increases to be discussed at the end of those 4 months.
