Job Title: Senior ReactJS Developer (Contract - 3-6 Months)

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex front-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:- Develop robust and scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility.- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process and deliver innovative solutions.- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning meetings to ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure smooth performance of web applications across different browsers and devices.

Requirements:Required at least 4hrs of overlap with EST TimezoneBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, TailwindCSS.Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand.Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as pnpm.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.- Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
