Junior Flutter Developer

As a Junior Flutter Developer, you will assist in the development of mobile applications using the Flutter framework. This role requires a basic understanding of Flutter, UI/UX design principles, and mobile app development. Your contributions will support the success and efficiency of our projects.Primary Responsibilities:Flutter Mobile App Development:Assist in mobile app projects using Flutter.Help convert design concepts and user requirements into functional, user-friendly mobile applications.Support UI/UX design initiatives and contribute to optimizing app performance.Code Structure and Integrity:Assist in developing and maintaining a robust and scalable codebase.Participate in code reviews and learn consistent integration practices.Technical Support:Support the development team with technical tasks.Learn from senior developers, adopting industry best practices and exploring new technologies.App Performance Support:Help identify and address performance issues under guidance.Contribute to enhancing app speed, responsiveness, and resource efficiency.Technical Problem Solving:Assist in solving basic Flutter development challenges.Help ensure app functionality across various platforms.Ongoing Learning and Innovation:Keep updated with Flutter updates, mobile app trends, and emerging tech.Engage in learning opportunities within the team.Technical Documentation:Assist in producing and maintaining technical documentation.Learn to document architectural designs, coding standards, and development protocols.Project Management Support:Support project planning and task estimation.Collaborate with project managers to help ensure timely project completions.Quality Assurance Collaboration:Cooperate with QA teams to test apps thoroughly.Address issues identified during testing phases under supervision.Professional Requirements:Some experience with Flutter development or educational projects.Basic knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and mobile app structures.Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc).Understanding of API integration and third-party services.Basic UI/UX design skills and attention to detail.Familiar with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.Exposure to agile methodologies and tools.Good problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Salary: Up to 45,000PKR/month.
