Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on integration, Service Portal development, and custom application enhancements. Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to provide insights and support decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and custom developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificationServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred for any CIS certification.Product lines are CSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ESM (ITSM).Should have experience in Flow Designer, Custom applications, UI Policies, Notifications, Reports, Scheduled Jobs, Client and Server-side scripting, SLAs, Access Controls, Virtual Agent, and UI Builder.Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.Solid understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.Proficiency in Performance Analytics configuration and reporting within ServiceNow.Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
