We believe in quick iteration and in-the-moment feedback, so we can work collectively to build the best team and product.In this role, you willEnsure the building of reusable APIs in NodeJSProblem solve, de-bug, and optimize code, ensuring proper deployment of NodeJSt applications to various hosting environments(preferably AWS)Utilize your knowledge and proficiency in Javascript, Typescript.Showcase your experience building microservices using NodeJSBuild and utilize tools to ensure proper integrations, testing and version controls.Gain a deep understanding of our product and become involved in driving out product implementationJoin a rapidly growing technical team with the opportunity to take on both product and technical problemsIf you’re right for this role, you Have a strong understanding of core computer science principlesHave 4+ years of software development experienceHave strong experience with development of backend systems; and be comfortable working with front end componentsHave experience in building and integrating with internal or external APIsHave 3.5+ Years of Experience with Typescript or NodeJSExperience in either Express / Serverless Framework or NestJS or CDKWorked with integrations with Aliexpress or equivalent ecommerce partnersGood understanding of dropship, and e-commerceComfortable traveling to our partner’s office when requiredFamiliarity with routing tools / ORM frameworks etc in NodeJS is an added bonusHave Experience with relational and NoSQL DatabasesHave Experience with deploying applications in AWS (Lambda, RDS, Dynamodb)Have at least 2+ years of experience working in AWSFamiliar with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3Are a strong written and verbal communicator; Advanced English language skillsMust be able to flex at least 4 working hours to overlap with North American time zones; Requirement to work until at least 11:30 PM ISTWe love our valuesWe’re building a community, our chosen circle, around a set of values that guide how we work and interact with the world around us.
