Salary: £65k - £95k depending on experience.

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing start-up, focused on creating AI-driven solutions for enhancing lead generation. Located in London with the option to work remotely, this role offers a chance to innovate and drive our cutting-edge AI technology forward. Join us to develop and refine large language models (LLMs) that automate business communication tasks and lead generation processes.

Responsibilities:Develop and optimize LLMs for business email responses, function automation, and lead matching.Design and implement new systems, software packages, and components to improve our codebase.Enhance the autonomy and adaptability of our AI agents.Conduct testing and evaluation of models to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements:Qualifications & Key Skills:Proficient in Python with a solid understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and efficient coding practices.Strong background in machine learning engineering, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.Experience with LLMs for tasks such as response generation, function calling, and query resolution.

Preferred Skills:Advanced prompt engineering techniques, including chain-of-thought, tree-of-thought, and active prompting.Experience in database management (SQL or No-SQL) for effective data handling.Familiarity with Docker for deploying scalable applications.
