Lead Java Developer

Position Overview: As the Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of backend developers and driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance backend systems. You will leverage your expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to architect and implement solutions that meet the business requirements and industry best practices.Responsibilities:Lead a team of backend developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Python.Architect and implement microservices architecture to support modular and scalable applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to define and prioritize features.Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.Monitor and optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development and cloud computing.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in backend development using Java and Python.Proven experience in leading backend development teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.Proficiency in Python and its related frameworks like Django or Flask.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Benefits:Competitive salary packageHealth insurance and wellness programsFlexible working hoursOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentCollaborative and supportive work environment
