Business Developer / Growth Hacker

RockinDev is looking for an experienced Business Developer / Growth Hacker to help us grow exponentially by exploring untapped market niches, generating new customer relationships with the ultimate goal of positioning our innovative software development practice and increasing company revenue predictably.

What you'll be responsible for

Design strategy for running both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns from scratch.Proactively generate highly-qualified leads based on predefined buyer personas using modern lead gen tools targeting US, EU and ME markets.Successfully run automated, multi-channel outbound campaigns using modern marketing tool stack.Research market trends with high-growth potential within the software development industry.Proactively define alternative marketing strategies to pivot onto other promising industry verticals and buyer personas.Coordinate and book sales meetings, connecting prospects with technical sales reps and company founders.Keep track of leads on CRM, updating status throughout ongoing campaigns.Analyze campaign results and generate reports for upper management and founders.Take ownership of inbound marketing channel, content pipeline and lead funnels.Manage content pipeline as well as content sharing planning, feeding results into outbound channels.

You are a good fit if you are

Experienced driving outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.A digital native and proactive with excellent communication skills.Comfortable working independently and reporting to upper management in a clear, well-organized fashion.Proficient communicating in English (mostly written but oral is a big plus).Results-oriented with an unquenchable growth mindset.

This is a part-time position. It includes a trial period with a strong chance of transitioning into a full time position based on performance.
