Figma Developer- UX

Position Summary

As a Figma Developer, UX, you are responsible for transforming design concepts into polished user-friendly interfaces and working prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile UI for Brado’s Conversation Engagement Platform. Collaborating with Front-end Developers and using your Figma Developer expertise to play a key role by successfully implementing UI/UX solutions in Figma using Material UI/React and Tailwinds CSS frameworks. Additionally, you will design, build, and leverage design systems to enhance efficiency and consistency in your working prototypes.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, strategy, content, and account management to streamline methods and processes and guide the strategic execution of work.

While the day-to-day work for this role will be done remotely, candidates need to live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to be available for periodic in-person collaboration with our Engineering team.

Participate in scoping and planning workDesign Execution:Transform design concepts into pixel-perfect Figma designsEnsure design consistency across different platformsCollaboration:Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and engineersProvide and receive feedback for an iterative design processFigma Expertise:Utilize Figma for efficient design workflows and building working prototypesBuild Figma layouts and components ensuring Figma’s Developer Mode in alignment with the Front-end Developer’s expectations for code complianceStay updated on Figma features and best practicesQuality Assurance:Review design implementations for qualityCollaborate with front and backend developers to address issuesLeverage Design System:Build and utilize design systems for streamlined workflowsEnsure adherence to design system components for consistencyDocumentation:Create and maintain design documentation and style guidesCommunicate design decisions effectivelyStay abreast of trends and technology and propose new tools and methods to the team that can aid in client deliverables

Requirements
