The role
We’re looking for an iOS App Developer to work with our smart, collaborative team of engineers, product managers, and designers to evolve our flagship iOS app - ‘Stella’.
As this is an app development role in a startup, it’s important that you are just as happy architecting the structure of apps as you are getting stuck in and writing code and that you are happy in an environment that values the team over job titles.
You will primarily need deep knowledge in building applications for iOS, and be able to demonstrate at least one iOS app that you have developed that is available in the app store.

Responsibilities
Maintain our core ‘Stella’ iOS consumer facing application using Swift, RxSwift and UIKitTake a leading role in the rewrite of our iOS app by working closely with the mobile team to find an adequate modern architecture pattern. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the teamTake responsibility for app store submission of updates, and bug fixes
Desired experience:
Experience working as an app developer within a high volume startup or established businessExcellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsDemonstrated experience in developing applications using SwiftUI and modern architecture patternsExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningBe passionate about ensuring the quality of our iOS appExperience with integrating analytics logic into your apps, to allow for measurement of success/usageExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworksExcellent attention to detail both in interpreting the UI design and the quality of your codeA self starter and motivated to find and play your role in the team to deliver on the product’s objectives
