React Native Developer

ZAS is hiring a React Native developer to join a product development team.

We are looking for a mobile application developer - a freelancer to work on our portfolio of React Native applications for iOS and Android. We are seeking a mid-senior mobile application developer to support our team in the design, implementation, and deployment of our enterprise-level applications.

Android and iOS expertise is essential. Knowledge of Firmware would be beneficial, as many of our apps feature advanced connectivity.

Role: - Work as part of a team to maintain the existing app, and design new Functionalities and improvements** must be available for weekly once/twice scrum calls during PDT hours.

Essential skills/experience:- Design, code and maintain mobile user experiences end-to-end- Optimize code for performance, stability and maintainability- Work with a cross-functional team of hardware engineers, application engineers, QA/Validation, and designer- Experience with data-intensive architectures and software- Experience with middleware-type applications and data pipelines- Expertise in integrating analytics, Crash analytics and other use cases- Experience submitting apps to Apple App Store and Google Play store- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in Android and iOS platforms- Bluetooth / MFi experience- JIRA familiarity, the experience of agile methodologies- interest in Design / UX

Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar areas of study. Minimum 3 years' experience in Mobile (iOS/Android) development using React Native.- Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies- Proficient with Typescript is a plus.- Familiar with C# is a plus.- Experience using common design patterns. High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.
