Key Responsibilities:Web Development:Develop and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Implement responsive and mobile-first design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly on all devices.Utilize the BEM methodology for CSS and modular development.JavaScript Proficiency:Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code (ES6).Manipulate the DOM effectively and understand the JavaScript object model.API Integration:Work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs to fetch and manipulate data.Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend services.Design Systems and Best Practices:Apply the Atomic design paradigm and develop design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.Focus on web accessibility following WCAG guidelines to ensure inclusive user experiences.Optimize web performance and adhere to core web vitals best practices.Development Tools and Processes:Utilize modern front-end build pipelines and tools for efficient development workflows.Use version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.Employ JAM stack principles for building fast, secure, and scalable web applications.

Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.Familiarity with modern development tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web performance optimization.Design and Accessibility:Expertise in design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).Collaboration and Communication:Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to document technical specifications and development processes clearly.

Preferred Experience:Familiarity with the Atomic design paradigm.Experience with JAM stack architecture.Knowledge of the BEM methodology for CSS development.
