ResponsibilitiesDevelop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.Acting as a mentor to team members.Managing technology budgets and time frames.Staying on top of technology trends and developments.Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiencyBuild quality assurance and data protection processesPerformance ManagementRequirement review and provide solution at every stageMentor and manage security programShould show active participation in procuring technology productOversee all system design and changes in system architectureTrack, analyze and monitor technology performance metricsParticipate in conceptualizing product from inceptionManage technology hiring requirementUse stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technologyCommunicate technology strategy to CEOs and investorsWork closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancementsRequirement:Proven experience as a Technology Head/CTO or similar leadership role.Min of 12 Years of work experience & a minimum of 3-4 yrs of work experience as a VP/Technology head.Experience in working on a compliance/ HRMS/ Payroll product and/or services offering will be highly desirableShould have strong knowledge of Databases like Sql server, PG Sql, Elastic search and Caching databases Should have strong knowledge ASP.NET, MVC, C# Should have strong knowledge of Gitlab, git hub or any other similar code repository Should have strong knowledge of Cloud i.e Azure and AWS Should have strong know network and firewallShould have strong know of web serversKnowledge of technological trends to build strategyUnderstanding of budgets and business-planningAbility to conduct technological analyses and researchExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional team management skillsExcellent project management skills agile is mandatory Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targetsExcellent in visualizing and conceptualizing requirementsStrategic thinking along with Leadership abilityAbility to delegate efficientlyProblem-solving aptitude
