Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior iOS Developer to join our team, focusing on AI Model Training in Coding Practices. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Swift development and a vision for integrating advanced coding knowledge into the development of state-of-the-art AI models. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our AI training processes.

Responsibilities:Quality Control: Ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards required by our customer contracts are consistently met.Spot Checking and QA: Conduct quality assessments of the LLM Data Training project items generated by other engineers. This includes reviewing code quality, optimizing responses, and providing feedback on engineering processes and procedures in Swift.Analytical Excellence: Apply strong analytical skills to maintain high standards in the training process.Attention to Detail: Commit to precision and thoroughness in all tasks, ensuring the highest quality of work with minimal or no supervision.

RequirementsExperience: 4+ years of experience with Swift, ideally 5+ years.Language Proficiency: Minimum B2 level of English language proficiency.Skills:Strong analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to produce high-quality work independently.Knowledge: Proficient understanding of coding practices and processes, particularly in Swift.
