Senior Software Engineer-Salesforce Admin/developer

Key Responsibilities:Integration between Salesforce Service cloud and other systems including enterprise systems.Setting up Sandboxes, manage configurations, data migration and workflow set up and user trainingPartner with Product Manager and dev team to conduct research provide recommendations and solutions.Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.

Mandatory Skills:Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or administrator, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrationExceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databasesIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalitiesExperience in Conga or Netsuite integration with SalesforceProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:Salesforce Architect / Salesforce Developer/ Salesforce Administrator certificationContinuous Integration: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Qualifications:Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or administration.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
