The Role Professional Advantage has seen significant growth in its Upbeat practice, focusing on Microsoft D365CE and Power Platform; and is looking to hire a talented Developer to join this team. From week one you’ll be designing and implementing features for our Upbeat solutions in leading Australian companies.

We are a world-leading Microsoft partner with offices across Australia, the USA and the UK. You will be required to assist with solution estimate, configuration, development and deployment. You will be working alongside clients and have the support of committed team-members. Responsibilities - Design and develop Power Platform based solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and a combination of Microsoft 365 suite of tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.- Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in solutions.- Testing and deploying solutions to ensure they meet requirements and perform as expected.- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in the Power Platform and Microsoft 365.

Essential Skills & Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing complex solutions using C#, the Power Platform and Microsoft D365CE suite of tools, with demonstrated experience in platform customization and integration.5 Years of C# experience.Experience in design and development of complex Power Apps (emphasis on canvas apps) by utilizing Microsoft, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.Strong knowledge of C#, Power Apps, Power Automate, D365CE, Microsoft Dataverse, and MS Teams.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts.Experience in gathering business requirements and designing solutions to meet those needs.Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.Experience customizing D365CE.Azure DevOps, pipeline build and release strategies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross- functional teams, with excellent customer-facing skills.Ambition to constantly improve skills and knowledge with a focused sense of purpose.Experience using DevOps for project work
