OutSystems Lead Developer

Our Talent Team have been asked by one of our RegTech clients to assist them during a period of substantial expansion to recruit a number of additional people into their teams.

Our clients are revolutionizing their industry with their unique AI-powered SaaS product offerings for regulated firms including Banks, Investment Management, Payments, and Insurance. Their innovative platform enables companies to collaborate on governance, risk, and compliance documents smarter, faster, and more efficiently, solving multiple workflow and organizational problems.

Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of OutSystems-based solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.Prioritize and manage workloads to ensure on-time delivery of products and client projects.Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems features and best practices.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as an OutSystems developer, with significant experience.Strong technical skills in OutSystems, ReAct, Python, Platform, AWS, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work largely remote and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.Client-facing experience is highly desirable.OutSystems certifications are a plus.
