Core4ce is seeking a SharePoint Developer, who can function in a highly collaborative, multi-contractor environment for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The candidate will be responsible for providing SharePoint administration and development support to both the Web and Mobile Technology (WMT) team and to the customers that they support Duties and Responsibilities: · Participate in regular client/team meetings and provide input on development or administration activities· Maintain site collections and improve them through updates to design or process· Conduct SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online migrations with the use of ShareGate, Content Matrix/Metalogix, and/or SharePoint Migration Tool· Ability to develop Power Automate Flows· Ability to convert SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate Flows· Ability to develop solutions utilizing PowerApps· Develop out of the box (OOTB) solutions using lists, document libraries, alerts, workflows, forms, etc· Leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SharePoint Online OOTB features, Power Platform, JSON and similar technologies to enhance and improve current and future resources· Work with customers to troubleshoot their issues or determine their requirements, and they find or create solutions to resolve those issues or fulfill those requirements· Assists customers when migrating into enterprise environments in Azure, they help them test content and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth migrations· Provide technical analysis, recommendations and support to team-members· Ability to develop new processes to track customer requests and records changes to their resources· Responsible for documenting processes and resources to help standardize sustainment and enhancement activities.· Provide and document the capacity plan and determine project scopes, phases and finalize collaboration solutions, architecture plan· Create and test workflows and search functions to enable productivity· CompTIA Security+ CE Certification and Operating Environment/Operating System Certification· Responsible for conducting daily standup meetings· Responsible for developing solutions in Microsoft Teams Required Skills: · 6+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer· Strong PC literacy and Microsoft office skills (including MS Access)· Experience working with computer hardware, operating system software and desktop applications· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON and similar technologies· Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, Content Matrix/Metalogix, and SharePoint Migration Tool· In depth experience with the Power Platform· Experience with InfoPath, and PowerApps Forms· Excellent interpersonal skills· Strong knowledge regarding SharePoint Online Administration and site creation· Proven ability to work with teams· Possess extensive knowledge and experience with SharePoint application requirement analysis, and design· Experience developing workflow solutions to automate existing processes· Strong communication skills and proven experience working within a team dynamic· Flexible and able to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment· Strong organizational and time management skills allowing you to meet strict deadlines· Experience managing projects and tracking issues with Jira Preferred Skills: · Experience or familiarity with working with the Federal Government· Familiarization with Military Medical Network Infrastructure· SharePoint migration experience within a large medical infrastructure· Familiarization with the Microsoft Teams environment· Scrum master for Jira All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status
