Back End Developer

Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated BackEnd Developer to join our dynamic team specializing in Title Insurance. As a BackEnd Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software systems, focusing on the backend architecture that powers our Title Insurance platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities with frontend applications and databases.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for our Title Insurance platform using C# and SQL technologies.Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize system performance and reliability.Collaborate with FrontEnd Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements relevant to Title Insurance.Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to enhance system architecture and development processes.Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and coding standards.

Skills and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in C# programming language, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Solid experience with SQL databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques.Familiarity with Title Insurance concepts, workflows, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
