Role

As a C# Software Developer - Tech Lead you will play an important role working as part of a team to:

Lead\direct the development of web, backend and database software projects with heavy involvement in every part of the SDLC process including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, promoting and support.Serve as WEX Factoring advocate and subject matter expert to various technical and business units regarding the application platform, system architecture, application databases and programming.Provide subject matter expertise for 3rd party vendor applications and 3rd party integrations used by the WEX Factoring line of business with a focus on understanding the database architecture, configuration and troubleshooting.Understand WEX procedures for application development, change management, security practices and seeking IT assistance.Assist in coordinating vendor software upgrades and interfacing with 3rd party vendors for resolving problems during upgrade stabilization periods.Guide business and technical teams in writing requirements, creating test plans, implementing code reviews and leading teams to implement software releases.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $117,000.00 - $155,000.00
