Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Developer at NewOwl AI. As a Developer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving software development, coding, testing, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous improvement and enhancement of our HRMS platform.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or JavaExperience with software development methodologies and best practicesKnowledge of database systems and ability to write efficient database queriesFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesAbility to troubleshoot and debug complex software applicationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
