Job RequirementsProven leadership and communication skills in software developmentAbility to communicate effectively with clients via email and phoneDeep understanding of Azure servicesProficiency with a variety of programming and scripting languages, including infrastructure-related (Bicep, YAML, ARM templates)Experience in analyzing and improving application performanceStrong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 6+ developers and coordinate with two large international teamsServe as a technical lead while also engaging in hands-on development tasksParticipate in requirements gathering and system architecture designFacilitate knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and mentoring within the development teamsEnsure high-quality software lifecycle and delivery in collaboration with the QA teamIdentify and enhance performance-weak areas of the system
