Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/consultant

We are looking for Technical CRM resources with over 3 years of experience. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/consultant, you will be designing,customizing, and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to meet theorganization's business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, systemadministrators, and other IT professionals to create and enhance CRM solutions thatimprove customer relationship management, streamline business processes, and driveefficiency.

Responsibilities Customize and configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to meet specificbusiness requirements, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and workflows. Develop custom extensions, plugins, and workflows using technologies like C#, JavaScript, andthe Power Platform to extend the CRM functionality. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems, applications, and services to ensuredata flows seamlessly. Manage data within the CRM system, including data migration, import/export, and data qualityassurance. Create and optimize business processes and workflows to automate tasks and improveefficiency. Provide training and support to CRM users, ensuring they can effectively use and maximize theplatform. Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to theorganization. Implement and manage security roles and access control to protect sensitive data. Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and development work. Test and debug CRM customizations to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other IT professionals tounderstand business requirements and deliver CRM solutions that align with organizationalgoals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalentexperience). Proven 3+ years of experience in customizing and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM. Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development within the Dynamics 365 CRMplatform. Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript. Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Understanding of integration techniques and experience with REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with data migration and data quality assurance. Experience with reporting and analytics in CRM. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, are aplus.How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to send their resume and a cover letter outlining their experience and qualifications to [foysal.ahmed@systemsltd.com].
