Fully Remote Lead Pega Developer

Role: Remote Pega Developer (W2 Role)Location: RemoteDuration: Long Term ContractInterview: One and Done - Technical Must-haves

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Pega Developer, with at least 8 to 10 years of experience.Must have Experience with Pega 8.7 or greater.Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification preferred.Strong knowledge of PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Platform.Experience leading a team of Pega developers in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Java/J2EE programming languages.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred.Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts and methodologies.
