Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Developer
Your Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate should be able to work independently and lead the development of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.Candidate should be able to manage a team of offshore developers and ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their projects. This is an essential skill to ensure the success of the project.Candidate should be able to build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their business processes and requirements as well as providing guidance on best practices and industry standards to help them reach their goals.Candidate should be able to guide by providing solutions to customers with expert-level support and advisory during the entire implementation process to ensure a successful implementation.Having the capability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and that the customers are satisfied with the outcome.Candidates must understand the latest Microsoft developments and releases in Dynamics 365 CE stack and Power Platform and be able to provide guidance on how to leverage these features and functionality.
Skills and Attributes Experience on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions: Power Apps, Power Pages, Dynamics CE Apps, SQL Server, Azure Services, and .NET Framework. Understanding and working experience on all Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Apps.Strong understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including its architecture, functionality, and customisation capabilities. Strong understanding of integration with other systems, including Power Platform, Azure services, and other third-party systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and map them to Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE functionality.Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams, stakeholders, and potential customers.High-quality and proactive mindset, delivering on time. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.Strong understanding of security and data governance.Understanding of Agile and CRP methodologies.
To qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor's degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing, configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions and Power Platform.Proven experience developing customer Power Apps and Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Power Platform, Customer Engagement certifications, etc., would be an added advantage.Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, Dynamics CE, SQL Server, Azure Services, and .NET Framework. Experience with Power Automate workflow automation and Canvas apps. Ability to collaborate with clients globally to understand business requirements and perform configurations and customisations in Power Apps and Dynamics CRM. Experience with integrating Power Apps and Dynamics CRM with other business applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
