Key Technical Skills:Proven experience in agile, customer-facing environments.Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Java 8+.Understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).Experience with (Spring / SpringBoot/Hibernate etc.).Knowledge of microservices architecture.Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web technologies.Familiarity with relational and no-SQL databases.

Key Soft Skills:Experienced mentor with a collaborative mindset to guide team members in coding practices, design principles, and high-quality solutions.Thrives in dynamic, agile environments within geographically distributed teams.Ability to prioritize customer needs and deliver promptly.Technically curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
