Lead React js Developer

Role:This is a full-time remote role for a Lead React JS Developer. As a Lead React JS Developer at Devlats Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using React JS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces, ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of React JS Developers, guide them in best development practices, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Developing new user-facing features using React.js and responsive design Building reusable components and front-end llararies for future use

Translating designs and wireframes into high quality codo

Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of wab-capable devices and browsers Design, code, test, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needy

Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems

Work with other software engineers for ane or more Agile scrum teens ausigned to work on the project

Strong proficiency in Javascript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object madol

Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

Famillarity with newer specifications of Ecmascript

Experience with data structure libraries jeg, Immutable

Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

Familiarity with RESTful APIS

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NFM, etc.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical regarements

A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

To ensure success as a React.js Developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately, build modern user interface components to

Knowledge of REACT tools Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and lest

Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

Excellent troubleshooting shills

Knowledge about Offline Storage, REST APIs, and document request model
