Key Responsibilities:Designing and implementing new features and enhancements to the PowerCurve Collections platform.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the platform.Continuously monitoring and optimizing system performance to meet scalability and efficiency goals.Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in debt recovery solutions.Requirements:10+ years of PowerCurve collections hands on experienceStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, groovy or C++.Experience with database management systems and Oracle.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
