The Automation team is part of the Technology division of FTI supporting LegalTech solutions. The mission of the Automation team is to develop for operations. We strive to make the complicated processes involved in LegalTech appear simple by developing automation around FTI's expert processes. As a senior developer you'll also work with forensic and consultant teams to understand their industry-leading practices and help develop automated services around their repeatable workflows.
What You'll Do
Develop and test internal applications focused on streamlining LegalTech processes. Promote system scalability, reliability, and efficiency while minimizing errors through automation. Develop cost controls and IT governance utilities around operational tasks. Create and maintain applications that will deploy, configure, and test applications. Maintain an on-call schedule to support automation tools. Collaborate with other IT Infrastructure and application teams. Enforce Systems Engineering and DevOps standards and best practices.
