Senior Python and C Developer (MUST Linux)

Founded in 1984, Our Client is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or chips. The client has its R&D and manufacturing operations in Connecticut. Luxoft is currently searching to augment the Development & Engineering Department with a talented software engineer to design and implement embedded software for systems among the highest precision ever produced in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Gather input/requirements, contacting relevant stakeholders• Participation in the design and development of the different software tools• Development and maintenance of software tools (written in Python and C)• Development of unit-tests, participation in the code review process• Documentation of designed software• Test cases creation and execution for validating the developed tools• Close interaction with all team members and customer representatives

Requirements:

We are looking for a new Senior colleague, with at least 5-8 years of overall working experience. At least 5 years should be on project stack:

Proven experience with Linux (proficiency in CLI)Proven experience with PythonProven experience with C/C++ programming languagesBasic knowledge of networking
