Job Brief:We are searching for passionate and committed front-end developers. Your educational background is secondary to your skills and achievements. Whether you're a university graduate or a self-taught developer with a talent for crafting standout web applications, we want to hear from you.
Remuneration:Gross Salary: GHC 2,500 - GHC 3,000, commensurate with experience.
Main Responsibilities:Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in collaboration with backend developers.Develop and maintain visually appealing, functional, and stable web applications.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.Implement security measures and data protection.Design and manage data storage solutions.Participate in front-end design, prioritizing aesthetics and user experience.
Technical Skills Required:Expertise in front-end languages and libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS).Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).Familiarity with server-side languages (PHP, Python, Ruby) and frameworks (Django, Flask, Laravel).Desirable experience or interest in UX/UI design.Proficiency in web development best practices, efficiency, and user experience.Experience with CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS).Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.Skilled in integrating multiple data sources and databases.Competent in code versioning tools (Git).AI and machine learning knowledge are advantageous.
Soft Skills:Self-starter, motivated and committed to a startup environment.Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.Excellent communication, both verbal and written.Respectful, professional, and able to work in a diverse team.Must maintain a positive attitude and engage respectfully with colleagues.Proficient in email communication and professional etiquette.
