Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Core AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI algorithms and models. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize AI algorithms and models.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in AI and machine learning.Analyze and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation of AI models.Evaluate model performance and implement enhancements.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Document processes and results for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in AI development, with a strong portfolio of projects.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
