Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Laravel and JavaScript, and experience working with MongoDB databases. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in hexagonal architecture and experienced with managing code in a mono repo setup. You will be instrumental in developing robust backend systems and APIs that power our innovativeproducts.

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend services using Laravel and JavaScript.Implement and maintain database structures and schemas in MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.Adhere to and advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs and services seamlessly.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.Contribute to the adoption of hexagonal architecture to ensure our codebase is modular, scalable, and easy to maintain.Work within a monorepo environment, managing dependencies and ensuring consistency across different parts of the project.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, and provide support and solutions to technical issues.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and be willing to explore new tools and practices to enhance our products and workflows.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Laravel and JavaScript.Proven experience with MongoDB, including schema design, querying, and optimization.Familiarity with hexagonal (ports and adapters) architecture and its implementation in complex systems.Experience with managing code in a monorepo setup, and understanding the benefits and challenges associated with it.Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development practices.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge and working together to solve challenges.A continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
