Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ML Developer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess solid senior-level knowledge in fullstack development. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our ML capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement advanced ML models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning techniques.Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of ML solutions, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into fullstack applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML, machine learning, and fullstack development technologies.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized ML solutions that drive business value.Develop and maintain robust APIs, web services, and user interfaces to support ML applications.Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.

Qualifications:

Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in ML development, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training. Solid experience in fullstack development is essential.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Strong understanding of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express).Expertise in building and deploying RESTful APIs and web services.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative ML solutions.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
