Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality software solutions.2. Front-End Development: Develop and maintain the front-end of web applications using React.js, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.3. Back-End Development: Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable back-end systems using Django, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.4. API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect the front-end and back-end components, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality.5. Code Review and Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews and write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, stability, and security.6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve development processes and the overall product.7. Problem Solving and Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.8. Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of the codebase, development processes, and application functionalities.9. Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and training to team members on best practices and new technologies.10. Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on React.js and Django.3. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong experience with React.js and its core principles, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. - In-depth knowledge of Python and Django, including ORM, middleware, and templating. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.4. Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.5. Additional Qualifications: - Experience with front-end build tools and module bundlers like Webpack. - Knowledge of database management systems, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure. - Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master).
